When your 14-day free trial ends, you'll need to select a pricing plan to continue using PerksLink. We'll send you reminders before your trial expires, and you can choose your plan directly from your dashboard.
If you decide not to continue, your account will be placed on hold for an additional 14 days, during which time you can still access your data. After 30 days, your account data will be archived according to our data retention policy.
There's no automatic billing at the end of your trial – you'll only be charged when you explicitly choose a plan.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be billed the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
