The basic setup can be completed in as little as 30 minutes. However, for our fully customized marketing program with integrations, most businesses take about 24-48 hours to complete the entire setup process. Our implementation timeline typically looks like this:

Yes, PerksLink offers extensive customization options. You can:

Our Essentials and Premium plans offer even more advanced branding options.

Our QR code check-in system works in two ways:

  1. Customer-facing QR codes: Customers can scan QR codes displayed in your store using their smartphone camera or your branded app. This registers their visit and can trigger point awards or other actions.
  2. Business-facing scanner: Your staff can access & update customer details using your business web dashboard. This verifies the customer's identity and can be used to award points, redeem rewards, or track visits.

The system works offline and syncs when connectivity is restored, ensuring a seamless experience even in areas with poor internet connection.

When your 14-day free trial ends, you'll need to select a pricing plan to continue using PerksLink. We'll send you reminders before your trial expires, and you can choose your plan directly from your dashboard.

If you decide not to continue, your account will be placed on hold for an additional 14 days, during which time you can still access your data. After 30 days, your account data will be archived according to our data retention policy.

There's no automatic billing at the end of your trial – you'll only be charged when you explicitly choose a plan.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be billed the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

All your data and customizations will be preserved when changing plans, though some features may be limited or expanded based on your new plan's capabilities.

Each pricing plan has different limits for active users:

  • Basic Plan: Up to 500 active users
  • Basic Plus Plan: Up to 1000 active users
  • Starter Plan: Unlimited active users

An "active user" is defined as a customer who has interacted with your loyalty program (earned or redeemed points, received communications, etc.) within the last 90 days. Inactive users don't count toward your plan limits.

If you're approaching your plan's limit, we'll notify you so you can upgrade if needed.

PerksLink takes data security very seriously. We implement multiple layers of protection:

  • All data is encrypted both in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
  • We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Multi-factor authentication for account access
  • Role-based access controls for your team members

We never sell your customer data and only use it to provide and improve our services in accordance with our privacy policy.
